1. 概述
CGDL系列舰船用率低噪声离心通风机（以下简称通风机）是一种新型节能、低噪声舰船用产品。通风机通过专门设计和加工，具有效率高（＞80%）、噪声低、不会超载、运转平稳和满足舰船条件要求等特点，它适用于各种舰船的通风换气，也适用于其它相适应的场合。
2. 特点
通风机采用了特殊设计的机翼型叶片和进风口。机壳的尺寸和型线也按特征速度进行专门设计。叶轮进行专门加工，从而使气流流动更良好，使通风机具有效率高、噪声低等优点，由于功率特征至大流量区后反而下降，故电动机不会因超载而损坏。
通风机在设计和制造中充分考虑到舰船用的特殊条件要求，叶轮用铝制造并经严格动平衡校正，超速试验。故通风机还具有耐腐蚀性好、抗摇摆、抗冲击、振动、运转平稳和安全可靠等特点。
3. 结构型式
通风机为卧式，电动机直联结构，需要时也可制成立式结构。
通风机叶轮由铝合金制成，叶片为机翼型，并经过严格动平衡校正，具有优良的空气动力性能。机壳、进风口等由普通钢板制成，采用镀锌等防腐措施，机号≥40时，通风机加有机架（40以下无机架）。

2. Features
The fans are adopted with designed specially aerofoil blade and inlet.The dimension and line of casing are designed specially according to characteristic speeds.The impellers are processed specially so that air flows perfectly and the fans have the advantages of high-efficiency and low-noise.When power get to large flow, it gets down opitely.Therefore, the motor can not be damaged because of overload.
In the course of designing＆manufacturing, we had thought fully of the marine special conditions, the impellers are strictly made by dynamicbalance adjustment＆ over speed test.Therefore, the fans also have the features of good-corrosive resistance.Resistance to swing, resistance to shock and vibration, stable turning, safety＆ reliability, etc.
3. Structure
The fans are in horizontal pattern with direct coupling for the motor.However it can also be constructed into a vertical pattern.
The fans impellers are made by aluminum alloy and blades are like aerofoil.They are adjusted strictly by dynamic balance.So that，they have good airdynamic performance.The casing and inlet are made by common
steel and adopted with corrosion pvention of galvanization.When the machine number is equal to or more than 40, the fans add to frame.
Theoutlet directions of No. 40~80 of the fans which exist between0°and 225°, change in 22.5°

其外形美观，能有效地进行空气调节，控制热气，去除潮湿，尘埃，异味，令室内空气清新，清洁，已经逐渐代替传统用于排风的轴流风机，它弥补了轴流风机静压不足的现象。CK系列船用圆形管道风机现代居住场所必备的通风产品。船用风机在舰船上主要应用于：各种舱室的通风换气；各种船用空调器；锅炉鼓、引风；气垫船的垫升与推进；．潜艇的上浮；各种加压舱通风；惰性气体、焚烧、再生、空气净化等系统。
无异常杂声，风量大。自吹式百页窗百页灵活可动。连动式百页窗百面转动灵敏。双向换气扇转换自如。电机温升不过高，噪声小。带调速功能的换气扇调速明显，电容式电机不大于65%。管道风机通电后风叶旋转平稳罩板式不大于80%。换气扇外型新颖，色彩与房间颜色协调，平面无翘曲现象，塑料件平整光滑，电镀件光亮，没有锈斑痕迹，风叶能转动。
也可安装在甲板上。可用于抽风或送风。按用户需要，CZF型通风机可配套提供风帽。舰船用轴流通风机是按照GB11865《船用离心通风机》与GB11864《船用轴流通风机》标准。允许通风机逆向旋转。 可立式或卧式安装在管道内现行《钢质海船入级和建造规范》在使用中船用轴流通风机制成从电机端正视并得到舰船装备与研制的机构认可。风机叶轮由耐腐蚀铝合金浇注制成并经动平衡校正，防腐性能好，运转平稳可靠。风机机壳采用钢板焊接结构，表面采取防腐处理，机壳进，出口两端均有法兰，以便与进，出口风管道用螺栓联接。风机制成电动机置于机壳内结构，叶轮直接装在电动机轴上。
